HeadKandy Hair is committed to delivering your order quickly and securely. From preparation to dispatch, every parcel is handled with care by our team.

 

Processing Time

Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Please note that the delivery method selected at checkout applies after this processing window.

During busy periods, launches or promotions, dispatch times may be slightly extended.

 

UK Delivery

All UK parcels are shipped via Royal Mail.

£5.99 on orders under £150
FREE on orders £150 and over

You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.

 

International Delivery

International shipping rates are calculated by region and will be shown at checkout once your delivery address has been entered.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on destination and local customs processes.

 

Click & Collect

You can collect your order from The Salon by Headkandy, Unit A, Parkway Shopping Centre, Coulby Newham, Middlesbrough, TS8 0TW.

Most collection orders are ready within 24 hours. Please wait for your ready for collection email before travelling to the salon.

Orders must be collected within 7 days of notification. Any orders not collected may be returned to stock and refunded.

If you require your hair for a specific date, please contact our customer care team before placing your order.

While we cannot guarantee accelerated dispatch, we will always try to assist where possible.

 

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. We are unable to amend delivery details once an order has been processed.

 

Courier Delays

Once your parcel has been handed to Royal Mail, delivery is managed by the courier and may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control.
