Our Returns Policy

We understand that choosing the perfect shade online can be tricky. If your colour isn’t quite right, you can return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original packaging
  • Attached to the backing card or unopened (if applicable)
  • With all hygiene seals and security ties fully intact

Because of hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on any products where seals have been broken or packaging has been opened, unless the item is faulty.

Our packaging is designed so you can check the shade without disturbing the product. Please take care to keep everything exactly as it arrived.

HeadKandy Hair reserves the right to refuse a refund if we believe the item has been opened, worn, or tampered with.

Final Sale Items

Any items marked final sale, clearance, or promotional end-of-line are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless faulty.

If possible, please avoid folding or altering the packaging. To help us process your return quickly, kindly include a note inside your parcel with your name, order number, and reason for return.

Postage & Responsibility

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For your protection, we strongly recommend using a Signed For or Tracked service and keeping proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for items that fail to reach our returns centre.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is returned in its original, sealed condition. Proof of purchase is required.

Pre-Orders

We always aim to dispatch pre-order items within the estimated timeframes provided. These dates are guides and may occasionally change, but we will keep you updated via email should there be any delays.
